The Central America Solidarity Committeee of Kingston invites you to come and enjoy a relaxing afternoon at- The Island Grill. You can just walk on the ferry in Kingston and 25 minutes later you can be sipping a cool beverage and listening to the dance band Cruise Control.
And there's more! There will be dozens of great packages from our generous Kingston merchants which will be raffled off - books by prominent Kingston authors, wine and dine packages, paintings by local artists, and lots of other exciting prizes.
All money raised will go towards Horizons of Friendship, a wonderful organization based in Cobourg which supports community projects in Mexico and Central America. This year all funds raised at this event will go towards a Horizons project in rural Nicaragua promoting organic farming, self-sufficiency and sustainability.
